I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms tidied up daily. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering a variety of amenities to make my stay comfortable. The parking was convenient and secure, providing peace of mind for my vehicle. Transportation was easily accessible, with taxis readily available right outside the hotel. The location in the Spice market was perfect, allowing me to explore the vibrant atmosphere and indulge in delicious local cuisine. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide range of options to suit every palate. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests.

The hotel provided a comfortable stay with clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. Located in a convenient area, it offered easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus, with a good variety of options to choose from.
The hotel could improve in a few areas. The ironing board provided was broken, and despite requesting a replacement, none was delivered.

The hotel offered a great variety of amenities, including a swimming pool and gym facility, which were well-appointed and kept clean. the hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby shopping and dining options. One of the best aspects was the fantastic New Year's Eve celebration organized by the hotel, with great food, drinks, and live entertainment.
Our room was not in good condition, with unclean bedding, hair in the bathroom, and broken ironing boards that were not replaced despite multiple complaints to management. it was a very disappointing experience for us and we would not recommend staying at this hotel if you're looking for a comfortable and clean stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! the location in the Spice market area was perfect for exploring the local culture and trying out delicious street food. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service, from the room service to the car hire and laundry services. They made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Lastly, the room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable sitting area, mini-bar, and tea and coffee facilities. We felt truly pampered and relaxed in our cozy room.
We highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

It is disappointing to note that the hotel lacks efficient ironing board facilities, resulting in inconvenience.
